Terms of service

Last updated: 09/10/2026

These terms govern the contracting of BYB Training's online training plans, provided by Rafael Moreno Burgos (NIF 54234100P, C/ Manuel Azuaga, 29740 Torre del Mar, Vélez-Málaga (Málaga); [email protected]). By signing up for a plan you accept these terms. This English version is a translation for information purposes; in case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.

The service

Personalised online endurance coaching (running, cycling, triathlon, swimming and physical preparation for public-service tests). Each plan includes what is listed in the Plans section: planning, sessions in Intervals.icu, adjustments and communication at the frequency of each level. The plan is built with the information you give me; if anything changes (injury, availability, goal), let me know so I can adapt it.

How to sign up

  1. You fill in the Start your plan form or write to me.
  2. We have a free, no-obligation initial video call.
  3. I confirm the plan, the price and the start date in writing. The contract is made when you accept it and make the first payment.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in the Plans section. Each plan can be paid in two ways:

  • Monthly, with no minimum term.
  • Quarterly: you pay the 3 months upfront with a 10% discount.

Payment is made upfront, at the start of each month or quarter, by Bizum or bank transfer. Before we start I'll confirm the amount and the payment date. Discounts (quarterly, −10% for ages 14 to 22 and “bring a friend”) cannot be combined unless we agree otherwise.

How to cancel

Monthly payment (no minimum term). Let me know by email or WhatsApp before the 20th of the last month you want to train and the following month won't be renewed. If you tell me on or after the 20th, the following month has already been planned and is charged, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of it.

Quarterly payment. The quarter is paid upfront and provided in full: if you stop before it ends, the unused part is not refunded, except as explained under “Right of withdrawal”. To avoid renewing the next quarter, let me know before the 20th of its last month.

One-to-one coaching session

The one-to-one session (€45, one-off payment) includes a prior analysis of your training data, a 60-minute video call, a written report and 7 days to ask questions on WhatsApp. It is paid upfront when booking, by Bizum or bank transfer. You can change the date of the video call with 24 hours' notice.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from signing up to withdraw without giving any reason, by writing to [email protected]. If you ask me to start the service before that period ends and then withdraw, you only pay for the part of the service already provided; I will refund the rest within 14 days using the same payment method (articles 102 to 108 of the Spanish consumer protection law, TRLGDCU). For the one-to-one session, if you ask me to hold it within those 14 days and it has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (article 103 a).

Health and responsibility

Training involves physical effort. I recommend a sports medical check-up before you start, and you must tell me about any injury, illness or medication that could affect your training. I'm a coach, not a doctor or physiotherapist: if you feel pain, get injured or notice any symptom, stop and see a health professional. Each athlete is responsible for doing the sessions sensibly and not exceeding their limits. I can't guarantee specific results, because they also depend on your consistency, your rest and your health.

Use of the plans

Plans, sessions and materials are personal: you may use them, but not sell, publish or share them with other people.

Personal data

I process your data to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy (in Spanish).

Questions, complaints and applicable law

For any question or complaint, write to me at [email protected] and I'll reply within 10 days at most. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
